Families whose children receive free or reduced lunch at school will receive $370.50 per child for food expenses in June or July from the Maryland Department of Human Services in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. There is no need to apply. Families who do not receive SNAP benefits will be mailed a Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer card for each child who receives free or reduced lunch at school. Families who receive SNAP benefits will have $370.50 added to their EBT card for each eligible child.
